Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they are in the pending payment state. Once an order enters the delivering phase and has been transmitted to our traffic networks, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The traffic delivery has not started within 72 hours of payment confirmation.
  • The delivered traffic volume is significantly lower than the purchased package (pro-rated refund).
  • The system encountered a technical error that prevented fulfillment.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Drops in third-party analytics (as we guarantee server-side delivery, but some third-party trackers may filter traffic).
  • Suspension or banning of the client third-party accounts (e.g. AdSense).
  • Incorrect URLs provided by the user during checkout.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
